A SMART & ECO-FRIENDLY DEVELOPMENT OF GABON 

Virgo Investment Trust is advocating for smart and green energy-based development. It is the way forward for Gabon. We do not want to destroy our forest to experience economic advancement. We want to build within it. Great infrastructure does not necessarily mean tall buildings and skyscrapers. Buildings are made for people's comfort, not people for the buildings. We have to build infrastructure that respects our environment and also our way of life. We are proud villagers. We need the forest, the rivers and the sound of the birds. Wild meat, fresh fish and vegetables are part of our daily life. This is why we are claiming back the way of life of our ancestors in this age of technology. 

The city will be built on 2000 hectares of land and divided into ten (10) rings. The rings will be separated by forest or water. The city will be a zero-gas-emission zone. Only electric vehicles will be allowed. Buildings will be smart and solar-powered. The town of Ndjole is located on the Equator line. It is the perfect location for solar-powered projects. And our city will only be penetrable by water. The water barrier will be sourced from the Ogooue River which crosses Ndjole and borders the land.
